Return & Exchange Policy

 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in case of:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Size exchange (if the required size is available)
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Pickup for the exchange will be arranged from your address (where serviceable).

2. Exchange Window

You may raise an exchange request (returns are not accepted) within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at [your support email] or WhatsApping us at 7021963234.

Example: If your order is delivered at 3:00 PM on Monday, you must raise the request before 3:00 PM on Tuesday.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or altered pieces
  • Products reported after the 24-hour exchange window

4. No Returns Policy

We currently do not offer returns, as our collection is limited and produced in small quantities. Only exchanges are possible under the conditions mentioned above.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where the exchange cannot be fulfilled (e.g., if the required size is unavailable).
  • All refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or GPay within 6–9 working days.

In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, shipping charges will be deducted before refund
